Turbo Targeted Distance Reiki Treatment will take approximately 20 minutes and is suitable for those who have a specific imbalance that requires focusing on and they cannot afford the Full Reiki Treatment. A Full Reiki Treatment is always recommended, as the physical, emotional and energetic body must come into balance as a whole and often there can be multiple imbalances manifesting into one symptom. However, Healing With Pascelle has found positive effects with Turbo Targeted Distance Reiki making it a great and cost effective option for those who cannot afford the Full Treatment. For your initial treatment we would schedule a 10 minute phone call prior to the distance healing so that we can complete your consultation. The Distance Reiki will be programmed to be sent at a specific time of your choosing. It is recommended that you are in a relaxed state whilst receiving the Reiki to optimise its healing effects. This could mean you are going for a walk or meditating, alternatively if you prefer it can be sent to you whilst you are asleep at night. Should you be awake during the treatment you may experience hot and cold sensations as well as tingling, or you may feel nothing at all - all of which are completely normal. Feeling energy is like practicing a muscle and so everyone's experience to receiving a Reiki treatment is unique. Regardless of what you feel, the Reiki will be absorbed into the body and go to the areas that need it the most. With the intention of focusing the Reiki to one specified area (physical, emotional or energetic) this will amplify the healing that the area will receive, whilst also going to the areas that are causing that specific imbalance. Typically Distance Reiki would not be over the phone or video call, but the option is there for those who would prefer. In this case the session would have to be within working hours.
